Competition Terms

Want to enter one of our competitions? Please read these Competition Terms to understand the conditions that apply to ZINQ competitions.

ZINQ is a registered trademark owned by Candy People AB.

To participate in our competitions, you must be registered as a resident and live in Sweden, as well as be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a legal guardian if you win the prize. By participating in our competitions, the contestant explicitly agrees to these competition terms and conditions.

ZINQ (“ZINQ”, “we”, “us”, “our”) organizes all competitions published through our digital channels on Instagram and Facebook (“@Zinqswe”, “@zinqswe”). These competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, supported, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

All prizes, rules and competition periods are described in the relevant competition posts published through our digital channels. You may only participate if you comply with all applicable competition rules.

The winner is selected by a ZINQ jury. The selection may be based on the correct or closest answer, together with what the jury considers the best explanation or motivation, provided that all competition rules have been followed. If the winner cannot be reached despite repeated attempts, the prize will be awarded to the next qualifying entry according to the jury’s ranking. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.

ZINQ employees and anyone closely associated with them may not participate.

We are the data controller for personal information collected in connection with our competitions. The information will not be used by ZINQ or its partners for purposes unrelated to the competition. The winner will be contacted by direct message and may be asked to provide their full name, address, mobile number and email address so that the prize can be administered. Personal information collected through the competition will not be retained or shared for commercial purposes.

ZINQ reserves the right to replace a prize with another prize of similar value. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Any applicable tax on winnings must be paid by the winner and will not be reimbursed by us. The winner is responsible for ensuring that any applicable taxes and fees are handled correctly.

We also reserve the right to cancel a competition at any time and to amend its rules or these Competition Terms. Any changes will be published on this page.
